Should I TP back to lane?
Use a teleport when it saves meaningful resources, not merely because the wave is visible.
Question 1 / follow the state
Will a TP save a full wave, tower, or kill opportunity?
A TP is a future response; spend it when the immediate lane value is larger than the cooldown.
